  • Site work
    • Trees being cleared will be handled separately and should not be part of this quote.
    • Pull stumps and chip from shaded area (backyard) in site plan, driveway area and front yard.
    • Dig and grade driveway with 3/4" shoulder stone
    • Dig and backfill for foundation and associated drainage
    • Dig and backfill septic per design Note: Design is pending, please exclude this from your quote at this time
  • Foundation (Walkout basement, house is on slope - see site plan.)
    • Foundation Note: plans specify block, whereas they will be changed to poured foundation. Plan change is pending Topo survey, number for budgetary purposes only.
    • Footings pinned to ledge
    • Drainage pipe added around foundation perimeter
    • EPS Insulation
    • No blasting in quote, but, please provide price (/hr or otherwise) for hammering out smaller pieces of ledge if necessary.
  • Framing and windows/doors
    • Frame all exterior and load-bearing walls, roof and floors.
    • Sheathing (assume zip system or FOAMULAR for quote.)

  • Insulation
    • 0.5 pound Spray foam for 2x6 walls (trimmed to fit)

    • Fiber Cement siding (Allure, Hardi) per plans
